Dorito Chicken

Dorito Chicken:

2-3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup sour cream1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup finely minced onion ~I sub 1 tsp onion powder~
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 - 1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese1 bag Doritos crushed

Grease or spray a 2 qt casserole dishcover bottom w/ 1/2 the crushed DoritosMix all other ingredients except cheese and spread over Doritos
Cook @ 350 for 20 minutes
Top with other 1/2 crushed Doritos,
then top Doritos w/ cheese
Bake 10-15 minutes longer

Salmon Patties

1 can Salmon w/ liquid (cleaned)
2 beaten eggs
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP onion powder (may substitue 1/4 cup fine chopped onion)
2 TBSP flour
1/4 cup cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
1 TBSP worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

combine all ingredients well
Fry in preheated skillet w/ 1/4- 1/2 cup vegetable oil over medium to med high heat til brown
(about 4 minutes each side)

I use a 1/4 cup to scoop out the mix to make even size patties :-)

I like Turtles!

I like turtles! I once stopped my car on a dirt road and told and old Turtle "ya better get on off the road now" and he looked straight at me then skittered across to the ditch. ~Turtles do move quicker than some might think!
